Who can use this
A signed-in account.
Steps
- Open Settings from your account menu.
- Under Your profile, update your display name or username, choose whether approved public fields may be shown, then select Save profile.
- Under Your optional tools, enable or disable Author and Influencer / Creator tools, then select Save tool choices. These tools stay attached to the same member identity.
- Open More account choices, then Privacy, consent and your data.
- In the centre, update optional product news, newsletter and analytics choices. Optional analytics records page and feature usage only after you opt in; session replay is disabled. You can also view immutable consent history and submit tracked export, correction, restriction or deletion requests. An accepted request is not completed processing.
What happens next
Your account uses the saved identity, visibility, optional-tool and consent choices. Turning off an optional tool does not delete its saved work.
Common problems
- A username cannot be saved.
- Use the required lowercase format and choose a username that is not already in use.
- A tool remains locked after enabling a workspace.
- Workspace access and membership entitlements are separate. Check the tool message or compare plans.
