1. Programme access
The Founding Member programme is separate from the general Affiliate Programme. A person must receive or apply for access, pass the recorded review, accept the current Terms and Privacy Policy, and accept these programme terms before benefits activate. My Blurbly may pause or close applications.
2. Complimentary Premium
An accepted Founding Member receives 12 months of complimentary Premium access under the recorded entitlement. The complimentary period is not a cash payment and does not automatically renew as a paid membership. When it ends, the member may continue on available free access or deliberately purchase a plan.
3. Referral attribution
The Founder receives a personal referral link or code. A qualifying referral requires the code to be validly attributed to a new member and a qualifying collected paid-membership transaction to be verified. Clicks, visits, signups, browser returns, self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent activity and unpaid or invalid transactions do not earn commission.
4. Commission and clearing
The commission is 30% of a qualifying collected paid-membership amount. A new commission remains pending for a 14-day clearing period. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud, duplicates, self-referrals and other invalid transactions reverse the commission. If already paid, the reversal may become a future negative adjustment where legally permitted.
5. Payout rule
The minimum eligible payout is USD 25. PAYMENT IS DUE 30 DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE MONTH IN WHICH THE QUALIFYING COMMISSION WAS EARNED. Payouts are initially handled manually against verified payout details and recorded evidence. Wise is not required and must not block an otherwise eligible payout.
6. Disclosure and conduct
Founders must clearly disclose the material relationship wherever a referral or recommendation is promoted, using wording that is noticeable and understandable to the audience. Spam, misleading claims, brand impersonation, paid-search abuse, cookie stuffing and concealed incentives are prohibited.
7. Records, changes and disputes
The Founder area shows recorded invitation, entitlement, referral, commission and payout states. It is not a wallet or guarantee of future earnings. Material programme changes apply prospectively. Raise attribution, reversal or payout questions through Contact with the relevant reference and no sensitive banking credentials.
