Who can use this
You created the ARC campaign and have the required management entitlement.
Steps
- Open ARC Hub → Applications. Your own requests and applications to campaigns you manage are shown separately.
- Under Applications to my campaigns, read the private answer and select Approve application, Add to waitlist or Not selected when offered.
- Open Participants to review approved access and outcome states. Personal reading notes and detailed reading activity remain private.
- Return to ARCs I created to check the campaign's exact protected EPUB and available campaign controls. Never share storage addresses or access tokens.
- Use Feedback for private responses and Results for real completion and feedback totals. A reminder is an in-app action, not proof that an email was delivered.
What happens next
The decision and access state are saved for the correct campaign. Private applications, feedback and files remain limited to the people authorised to see them.
Common problems
- An application is missing.
- Check that your current account manages that campaign and that you are looking under Applications to my campaigns, not your own requests.
- Approval does not open reading.
- Check the exact attached file, access state and campaign deadline. Approval alone cannot bypass expired or revoked access.
