Author and organiser responsibilities
Upload only an EPUB you are authorised to distribute. Set truthful eligibility, dates, capacity and feedback expectations. A campaign remains a draft until its exact protected file is ready and it is deliberately opened.
Reader applications and access
An application is not approval. Approved access is personal, time-limited and may be revoked for misuse. Readers must not copy, redistribute, publish or attempt to bypass controls protecting the manuscript.
Feedback and reviews
Readers should provide the private feedback they agreed to provide, but a public review is optional and may be positive, negative or not published. Any public review must be honest and disclose the ARC or free-copy relationship.
Privacy and outcomes
Applications, protected reading activity and private feedback are restricted to authorised participants and organisers. Aggregated campaign outcomes must not expose private notes or protected text. Technical controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that an authorised recipient will never misuse a file.
