Use the service lawfully
Do not use My Blurbly for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing or harmful activity. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe private systems, distribute malware, scrape restricted data or interfere with availability.
Protect people
Threats, hate, sexual exploitation, targeted harassment, doxxing, impersonation and abuse are prohibited. Do not share another person's private information without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
Protect the book ecosystem
Do not upload books, covers, manuscripts, ARC files or marketing assets you are not authorised to use. Do not fabricate catalogue facts, manipulate reviews, buy positive sentiment, hide material relationships or distribute protected copies.
Enforcement
Content may be limited or removed and accounts may be warned, restricted or closed according to seriousness, evidence and applicable law. Safety, legal and transaction records may be retained when necessary. Use Contact to report a concern or challenge a decision.
