Independent opinion
Ratings and reviews must reflect the reviewer's own experience. Authors, publishers, Creators and campaign organisers may not require, buy or reward a positive rating, favourable wording or review suppression.
Material relationships
Use the available disclosure controls for an ARC or free copy, affiliate relationship, sponsorship or other material connection. Add clear wording in the content itself when the platform label would not make the relationship obvious to the intended audience.
ARC and private feedback
Private ARC feedback is separate from public reviews. Providing feedback does not require public publication. Any public review remains optional, independent and subject to the same disclosure rules.
Moderation
My Blurbly may label, limit or remove misleading reviews and may restrict accounts involved in manipulation. Honest negative reviews are not prohibited merely because an Author or organiser disagrees with them.
