Listings and enquiries
A Creator service listing describes an offer. An enquiry creates private contact permission only; it is not an order, acceptance, payment or guarantee of work.
Proposals and acceptance
Where enabled, a signed-in buyer may propose the published starting-price scope and a target date. The seller may accept or decline. Acceptance snapshots the listing, brief, price and disclosed platform-fee split, but does not collect money.
One-time PayFast checkout
An enabled accepted order may offer a separate one-time PayFast checkout. Only a verified server notification records provider payment. A browser return is not payment proof. My Blurbly does not provide escrow, a member wallet or automatic seller payouts.
Delivery, disputes and settlement
The parties remain responsible for the accepted scope, lawful content, communication and delivery evidence. Refund review and seller settlement are recorded manual operations. A request, status or expected split does not move money by itself.
