Rights and responsibility
Members keep ownership of their content and must have permission to upload or publish it. A catalogue listing may describe a book without granting the contributor ownership, Author status or distribution rights.
Submit a notice
Use Contact and identify the protected work, the My Blurbly location, your relationship to the rights, the specific issue and a reliable way to respond. Include a good-faith statement and enough evidence to assess the request. Do not include passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Review and action
My Blurbly may temporarily restrict content while a notice is assessed, ask for clarification, preserve relevant evidence and notify the affected member where appropriate. Content may be restored if a request is incomplete, mistaken, withdrawn or successfully challenged.
Misuse and repeat infringement
Knowingly false notices or repeated infringement may lead to restriction and may create legal consequences. My Blurbly considers context, evidence, applicable exceptions and mandatory law; this Policy is not a court ruling or legal certification.
