Why data may travel
My Blurbly serves an international book community and uses specialist infrastructure. Netlify, Supabase, PayFast, Brevo, Cloudflare, consent-gated PostHog and member-connected Buffer services may process or route limited information in countries outside South Africa or outside your home country.
Purpose limitation
Each provider receives the information needed for its configured purpose, such as hosting, authentication, storage, checkout, service email, security delivery, consented analytics or a connected social-publishing action. My Blurbly does not treat provider availability as permission for unrelated use.
Safeguards
My Blurbly uses access controls, contractual provider terms and other safeguards appropriate to the transfer and applicable law, including POPIA requirements. The exact legal mechanism can depend on the provider, destination and the person's location; this notice does not claim regulator or attorney certification.
Questions and rights
Contact My Blurbly to ask about a processing purpose, object where applicable or exercise privacy rights. Provider privacy notices may provide additional country and subprocessor information.
